Personnel and Disciplinary Committee

The Personnel and Disciplinary Committee convenes only as required. Meetings of this Committee allow public comment and attendance only at the start of the meeting.

 

The Remit of the Personnel and Disciplinary (“P&D”) Committee:

To deal with all matters concerning current employees including progress reviews, contracts and grievances

To ensure that the annual appraisal of the Clerk and any other staff member is carried out

To use delegated powers to approve necessary and appropriate training for employees within the confines of the agreed training budget, with an upper limit of £250.00
