Grounds Maintenance

The Town Council employs high quality contractors on an annual basis to take care of many of the public areas of the town which we are responsible for. Our contractors cut the grass on The Green and in the Cemetery, maintain the flowerbeds and litter pick on The Green. They also carry out ad hoc works such as tree pruning throughout the year.

Kirton in Lindsey Town Council were pleased to award the contract for 2010-11 to Continental Landscapes for the second year running. Continental have provided us with a first class service in the last year and we are pleased to work with them once again for the benefit of the town.

The Grounds Maintenance contract is reviewed on an annual basis and comes up for tender every year, with the deadline for submission generally being the end of November. If you would like to be added to the tender list please contact the Clerk kirtonclerk@btinternet.com
